#40 FP CHATTERPHONE

I have fond memories of this classic favourite and it is having another moment of popularity as it is one of the many classic Fisher-Price toys that has been reissued. This toddler pull toy was created in 1962 and featured a smiling face and when pulled its eyes moved up and down and it made a chattering noise. The rotary phone top made a bell noise when dialed around and was originally made of wood. This little painting would be a cute addition to a playful nursery!

From a classic set of wooden toy blocks that I'm sure everyone
had at one point in their childhood! Or gave to their child :)

#38 ROTARY PHONE

Yes, our rotary phones with the stretchy cord, carrying it around my the handset cradle. The feel of the handset - this classic style is still current somehow with the availability of the handset for IPhones - hilarious! I do miss the dial back from each number though, and the fact that I used to actually have phone numbers memorized. Gotta work on that!

#37 FIGURE SKATING BADGES

These skating badges have been on my list for quite some time & I finally got a moment to get back to this everlasting project! These skating badges like the Brownie and swimming badges before were so fun to earn and such a great memory of childhood activity looking back! Also love the simplicity of the wing/blade design.
