Think books on tape on car rides, talking & singing into the tape recorder to make a tape to mail to your grandparents, getting your first tape player/stereo/ghetto blaster, buying packages of blank tapes to create mixes, giving & getting mix tapes, waiting to hear that song on the radio to press play + record at the same time... Anyone still have tapes in a box somewhere?
